Shipping and Returns
At DMD we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction.
Returns are easy! In order to request a return please log in to your account and request your return. You may also email us at Services@dressmedown.com to request a return or exchange.
We will send you return instructions within 24 hours of receiving your email as well as shipping label.
Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
After 14 days the item in no longer eligible for return.
Return shipping and processing fee is $10 which will be deducted from your refund. Return postage is provided in each eligible shipment.
All returned CLOTHING must be in their original condition, with ALL tags attached. Worn, altered or washed merchandise cannot be returned.
Due to hygienic reasons earrings are FINAL SALE.
All other jewelry besides earrings are eligible for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Exchange requests for ALL JEWELRY must be made within 7 days of the item being receIved. After 7 days the item is no longer eligible for Store Credit or Exchange.
All custom orders are FINAL SALE.
FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
All final sale products are indicated as such on the website and on the return form included in your package.
Price adjustments are given within 10 days of purchase date.
Upon receipt of the return DMD reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

All orders over $75 in the US are eligible for free ground shipping
